- [dec of griffith yale ap einion.GED] He was educated at theColumbia University of architecture and the Ecole des Beaux Arts,Paris, France. For several years after his return to NY he wasassociated with leading firms of architects, and later. in an officeof his own, specializing in country home architecture. In 1921 heorganized and became President of the New York School of InteriorDecoration. He is a member of the Delta Kappa Epilson Fraternity, theSociety of Beaux Arts Architects, the Architectural League of NY, theArt-in-Trade Club, and the Sons of the Revolution, and served twoyears in Squadron A, National Guard of NY. He rsided at 1150 FifthAvenue, NYC and Westport, CT when the Whiton History was published in1932.
